Our President, Robert, is a seasoned Wall-street Executive that was involved in well over $10 billion in merger and acquisition and financing transactions involving public and private companies in a wide variety of industries. After leaving Wall Street, Robert pursued entrepreneurial activities and has founded, financed, owned, and managed multiple private and public companies, some of which he took public. He has decades of experience in all aspects of business management and has served as Director, CFO, President, CEO, and Chairman for multiple publicly traded companies.
